The experience
Sailing
Sailing is a journey shaped by wind, with quiet hours underway and time ashore in small harbours. Start from a single cruising area rather than trying to cover an entire coastline. A skippered charter is a practical way to enjoy the setting without taking responsibility for navigation. Match the cabin layout and onboard comfort to your group, then leave the precise route flexible.
Conditions & local etiquette
Confirm the skipper, vessel capacity, insurance, safety equipment and whether fuel, moorings, cleaning and taxes are included. The skipper decides the safe route based on wind and weather. Check protected-area anchoring rules and avoid seagrass beds.
Plan your budget
Request an itemised quote in the local currency. Include accommodation, airport transfers, activity fees, equipment hire, meals, taxes and travel insurance. Boat trips may add fuel, skipper and marina charges; golf may add caddie, cart and club hire. Flight prices are separate. This guide does not publish a live tariff.
