Privacy
When you express interest in a gathering, Bad Monkey uses the information you provide to reply, plan the experience and send a confirmation. We do not sell your information or add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Information we collect
Name, email, age, gender choice (including “prefer not to say”), sporting history, selected gathering, language, consent version and submission time. Please keep medical, financial and wallet information out of your sporting history. We do not request wallet access.
Purpose and service providers
Your consent lets us respond to your request and assess suitable activities. Database hosting (Supabase) and email delivery (Resend) process the information needed for those tasks. Access is limited to authorised operators. Hosting locations depend on the operator’s chosen region and may involve international transfers.
Retention
Interest records and related email tasks are kept for up to 180 days, then removed by scheduled maintenance. Abuse-prevention records use a hashed network address and are cleared after one day. Statutory retention obligations may apply separately.
Your choices and contact
You can request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent or stop future contact. Email the operator below; we verify requests before acting. You can decline registration and still explore all guides.
Interest registration is currently closed. Operator contact will appear here when registration opens.
Language preference
A functional cookie remembers your chosen language for one year. No advertising or analytics cookies are added by this website. Your browser can clear the preference at any time. Hosting providers may keep technical security logs under their own policies.
